- The index combines cash-flowing investment deals published by agents on GemHaus with deals surfaced by the GemHaus daily screen
- Agent-published deals are staff-curated snapshots of cash-flowing property analyses; GemHaus-discovered deals are surfaced by the daily screen
- Data: address, list price, subject-property facts when available (property type, bedrooms, bathrooms, living area, lot size, year built), projected returns (labeled as projections/estimates), and the listing agent's contact info; published deals do not include the original listing date or days on market
- Each deal page carries the agent's name, company, and contact details for direct follow-up
